Analisis Risiko Lingkungan (ARL) Pencemaran Air pada Sektor Pertanian
Main Article Content
Abstract
Objectives: Groundwater pollution has become an urgent topic in global environmental discussions. One of the sources of water pollution can occur due to agricultural activities. From several potential negative impacts, an assessment of environmental risk is necessary. The purpose of this research is to determine the Environmental Risk Analysis (ERA) of water pollution in the agricultural sector.
Methods: The type of this research article is semi-quantitative using the risk assessment method. The steps of this research begin with data collection, risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation.
Results: Based on the research results, it was found that the components with high risk are chemical factors (ammonia, nitrogen, and phosphate); heavy metal factors (Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni, and Co); and public health factors. Components with moderate risk values are chemical factors (pH, BOD, COD, DDT) and socio-economic factors. Meanwhile, the components with moderate risk values are physical factors (temperature, dissolved residues, suspended residues, color, turbidity); chemical factors (DO); and biological factors (coliform).
Conclusions: The total risk value of water pollution in agriculture falls into the high-risk category, which means it requires detailed control management.
