Abstract

Objectives: Health challenges in Indonesia are quite complex. Apart from being faced with an increase in non-communicable diseases and the threat of pandemics, neglected tropical diseases are still being discovered. It takes concrete efforts to solve it. Indonesia is faced with a double health burden. This makes the challenges in achieving progress in national development even greater. In this case, the role of hospitals as providers of curative, rehabilitative, promotive and preventive services occupies an important role in the health service system. Management is one of the important elements in improving the quality of services in hospitals.
Methods: The research method is by analyzing occupational health and safety and environmental health implemented by RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro.
Results: The results of this research are that the management of RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro has succeeded in identifying and analyzing various public health challenges in its area. They carry out epidemiological monitoring, analyze health data, and collaborate with related parties to identify health issues that require attention. Hospital management has implemented various strategies and policies to overcome public health challenges.
Conclusion: This includes increasing service accessibility, improving service quality, and innovation in hospital operational management. They have also worked with local governments and other agencies to integrate public health efforts. Management innovations and policies implemented by RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro have had a positive impact on the quality of health services. Increased availability of medical facilities, improved preventive services, and increased public awareness of health have led to significant improvements in public health indicators. Even though there has been significant progress, the Management of RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro also faces a number of obstacles and obstacles.
