Abstract
Objectives: Each hospital is required to periodically evaluate and assess the Minimum Service Standards (MSS) to be able to improve organisational performance and find out whether implementation is in accordance with standards or not in order to achieve patient satisfaction in obtaining health services. Some indicators of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) are the suitability of professionals at Specialist Clinics, the availability of basic medical services, the timeliness of opening hours, and the length of service time so that patient waiting time is in accordance with the standards that have been set, this will affect the level of patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to identify the Minimum Service Standards of Outpatient Kanjeng Raden Mas Temanggung Regional Hospital (K.R.M.T) Wongsonegoro Semarang
Methods: This research is a descriptive research conducted using data collection methods by observation and interview with a cross sectional approach.
Results: Minimum Service Standards (MSS) in the Outpatient Department of Kanjeng Raden Mas Temanggung Regional Hospital (K.R.M.T) Wongsonegoro Semarang have met the standard indicators that have been set starting from the availability of professional medical personnel at specialist clinics, discipline in opening times, and length of service time although there is a slight difference in the time specified but in general it meets the hospital MSS where the average waiting time in outpatient care is less than 60 minutes.
Conclusions: It can be concluded that RSWN has implemented the Outpatient service standards well so that patients can be satisfied with the services provided. Although in this case there still needs to be an evaluation and improvement in patient waiting time where According to the 2022 RSWN LKJP, the waiting time needed to get outpatient care is 53.93 minutes while the average waiting time is still less than 60 minutes in outpatient care.
