Abstract
Objectives: Occupational health is an element of health related to the work environment and work, which can directly or indirectly affect work efficiency and productivity. The cause of work accidents is due to factors such as the actions of people who do not comply with the safety of work and the environmental or unsafe processes and systems. The parameters used in this study were the assessment of the risk of lycallood and severity.
Methods: The method used is the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) Method.
Results: Risk identification results were found to be 12 possible risks that could occur, which fall into the category of extreme risk: risk of engine clamps, exposure to radiation, danger of a complet machine. This is in preventing by regularly checking machines regularly to reduce the risk of work accidents.
Conclusions: The implementation of the K3 management system at PT Urban Asia Industries itself is quite good, judging from existing K3 facilities such as Assembly Point, APAR, P3K Box, BPJS Health, and BPJS Employment. The discipline of using APD when in production area, liquid waste treatment and solid is also good.
