GAMBARAN PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH CAIR DI RUMAH SAKIT DAERAH K.R.M.T WONGSO NEGORO SEMARANG

Abstract

Objectives: The aim is to find out overview of liquid waste management at K.R.M.T Wongso Negoro region Hospital Semarang.
Methods: This research was carried out from 17 to 20 October 2023 at the K.R.M.T Wongso Negoro Regional Hospital, Semarang. By using a projector as a support for presenting material, a camera as a documentation tool, and ATK as a tool for recording the results of discussions and observations.
Results: Waste processing at the K.R.M.T Wongso Negoro Semarang Regional Hospital consists of 3 stages, namely primary treatment, secondary treatment and tertiary treatment. The waste processing flow at K.R.M.T Wongso Negoro Semarang consists of 19 stages that are passed before going to the final tank and cleaning of the remaining sludge from production, including Equalization Tank, Inlet Flowmeter, Equalization tank, Buffer Tank, Suquencing Batch Reactor (SBR), Stabilization Tank , Effluent Tank, Sludge Processing Tank, Screen & Separation Chamber, Anoxic chamber, Anaerobic chamber, Contact aeration chamber 1, Contact aeration chamber 2, Sedimentation Chamber, Effluent Chamber & Sterilization, Control tank, Flowmeter outlet, Sampling tank, Fish pond.
Conclusions: The conclusion is that the waste processing at the K.R.M.T Wongso Negoro Semarang Regional Hospital consists of 3 stages and 19 stages that are passed before going to the final tank.
