LAYANAN PENDAFTARAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT DAERAH (RSD) K.R.M.T WONGSONEGORO KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

Objectives: The aim is to find out outpatient registration services at the regional hospital (RSD) K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang City.
Methods: this research was carried out using the direct observation method at the K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro.
Results: The flow of outpatient registration at RSWN is through online registration via the "My RSWN" application or the website http://www.rswnsmg.com/rsudonline2/public/. However, considering that RSWN patients have varied backgrounds and come from various groups, quite a few patients still prefer to use conventional methods, namely registering in person or onside so that TPPRJ officers will help patients to register online.
Conclusions: The outpatient registration system at RSD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro is implemented through 1 (one) route, namely online registration which is running optimally. However, there are still some patients who register onside.
