PENYELENGGARAAN UNIVERSAL HEALTH COVERAGE (UHC) DI KOTA SURAKARTA DENGAN “SIPUKIS”

Abstract

Objectives: The aim of the Residency Implementation is to find out about the implementation of UHC in Surakarta City with the innovative SIPUKIS application.
Methods: This research method is a type of descriptive qualitative research, using primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by observing and conducting questions and answers with the Head of the Health Services Division at the Department. Surakarta City Health, collection will be carried out on Monday, February 19 2024 at the Surakarta City Health Service.
Results: The research results show that the implementation of UHC in the city of Surakarta is regulated by Perwali No. 18 of 2019 concerning Regional Health Insurance for people who cannot afford it, where funding comes from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The aim of SIPUKIS is as a strategy to accelerate UHC for the City of Surakarta, the service is easy, fast and transparent, the public can track the progress of applying for a Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) and can find out the status of JKN/KIS membership.
Conclusions: The conclusion of this research is that SIPUKIS is a web-based innovation to improve services to the community in applying for KIS as an effort by the Surakarta City government for people who cannot afford it.
