STRATEGI PERCEPATAN UNIVERSAL HEALTH COVERAGE (UHC) DENGAN SIKUPIS DI DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA SURAKARTA

Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this article is to find out the strategy of acceleration of universal health coverage (UHC) with SIPUKIS in the health Department of Surakarta city.
Methods: The research method used was descriptive qualitative with primary data collection through observation and interviews with the Head of the Health Services Division, as well as using secondary data from research journals and the Health Service website.
Results: The research results show a significant increase in JKN coverage in Surakarta, as well as the adoption of SIPUKIS as an effort to increase transparency and efficiency in applying for the Healthy Indonesia Card. The SIPUKIS business process and application flow are documented in detail, including the planning, strategy, implementation, monitoring and goal achievement stages. The benefits of SIPUKIS include providing better information accessibility to the public, speeding up the service process, and increasing satisfaction and trust in the health system..
Conclusions: In conclusion, SIPUKIS has brought significant positive changes to the health service system in Surakarta. This implementation resulted in improvements in transparency, efficiency and public satisfaction with health services. Thus, SIPUKIS is a progressive step in realizing the UHC vision and improving the overall welfare of society in Surakarta Regency. This effort reflects the government's commitment to providing equitable and quality access to health for the entire population, as well as being an example for other regions in implementing innovative solutions in the health sector.
